Delete your Lectivo account
You can request deletion in the app or from this page, even if you no longer have the app installed.
In the app
Open Me, choose “Delete account and data”, enter your password, then confirm. Your account and its recordings, transcripts, notes, bookmarks, documents and study cards are permanently deleted.
Request deletion without the app
Send an email from the address registered to your Lectivo account to coporatetumise@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Lectivo account”. We may verify that you own the account before deleting it. Do not send your password.
What is deleted
Account details, stored audio, transcripts, generated and personal notes, uploaded documents, bookmarks, flashcards and notification tokens are removed. Limited billing or security records may be kept only where the law requires it. Local copies on devices you no longer use may need to be removed from those devices.
